300 Year old tradidional farmhouse in perfect location and newly rehabilitated. Alpine hut flair with much comfort and an amazing view. Perfect to relax. Suited for 2 – 8 persons, 87 m², 2 Storeys.
Location
No neighbouring houses, quiet und a small hill, distance 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot to the center of Hollersbach. 10 minutes by car to the valley station of the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen. You can reach the hiking trails of the Hollersbach valley after a 10 minutes walk. You have an amazing view over the surrounding alps and there is just nature all around you.
In winter you need winter tires and depending on the weather conditions carrying snow chains is recommended. The house is about 10 minutes away on foot from the driveway, a transport assistance is possible.

- Large cozy kitchen, fully equipped with electric stove + escape, refrigerator + ice box, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler and microwave.
- Very comfortable livingroom with TV
- New bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and shower
Outside area
- Beautiful terrace/cozy place to sit and relax, with a breathtaking view over the valley and mountains
- BBQ-place, 4 deck chairs, small playground
- Well with mountain spring water (drinking water)
- Small herb garden with berries / ripe due to season
- 2 – 3 parking lots at the house, also for minibuses
